OUR PROCESS:

The process behind acquiring a job with Marshbirds and our employers is easy. You start by sending a resume to match a certain job. The next step is waiting for an interview request. If everything works out and the interview is successful, your application is sent for a background check. After that, you’ll receive an offer and you can accept the job. The signing bonus is $500. It’s possible to get an additional $500 bonus after a 90-day period.
